My name is Dixie Rose and I created this website because of my love of coffee. I want to bring you all sorts of tips and techniques for creating the perfect cup of coffee or espresso at home. I chose the title of this website to be “The Gourmet Coffee Grinder” because of its two meanings. The first meaning is about the actual person doing the coffee grinding and second is the actual coffee grinding machine. The home coffee grinder needs to know where to find the best beans for her tastes and the best machines to use for both grinding and brewing the coffee. Of course a good majority of people won’t want to grind their own coffee. And thats great too because of the huge variety of pre-ground gourmet coffees available both at your favorite local market or store and online. So if you enjoy brewing your own coffee at home then I hope you will find something useful on this website and that you will contribute your own advice and ideas as well.
