    you can use these percolators for reg coffee as well – he’s right, way better than those paper-filter things. And you dont need a bag for the filter, the filter is that first part he took off (small thing with the holes in it).

    SugaRush, you are right. It is an italian moka stove top espresso maker. It is not the same process. I love my moka!

    I thought these were moka pots (stove top espresso makers) which produce something similar to “espresso” but because it lacks the full pressure, is almost “espresso”. I thought percolators were those huge coffee pots with the tubes used in the 1950′s! Maybe I’m wrong, but I’m fascinated by the different ways of making coffee and espresso!
